UK Delivery
In the table, you'll find various delivery options. We offer a range of different couriers, and you can select your preferred one at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day.
All parcel orders are sent via a tracked delivery service, except for smaller items sent under our Letter postage, which are not trackable. While Royal Mail Tracked Express delivery often arrives the next day for orders placed before 1 pm, this cannot be guaranteed.
After dispatch, you'll receive an email notification. For tracked services, this email will include tracking details. If you don’t receive a dispatch email, please check your junk or spam folder, as it may have ended up there.

Not home for delivery?
Royal Mail
If you're not home for delivery, Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location. If delivery fails, they will try again the next working day. After a second attempt, your parcel will be taken to a local customer service point. You can then reschedule delivery via the tracking page. If no new date is set or the parcel isn't collected, it will be returned to us after 18 days.
EVRi
EVRi will attempt delivery up to three times. If they can't deliver and there's no suitable safe place, the parcel will be returned to us. Track your parcel and delivery attempts through the tracking page.
APC
If you’re not home when APC attempts delivery and there’s no safe place, the parcel will go to your local APC depot. Rebook delivery using the details on the "Sorry We Missed You" card left at your door. If no new date is arranged or the parcel isn’t collected, it will be returned to us after 3 days.
International Delivery
Import Duties and Taxes
Please note for international orders you may need to pay import duties and taxes, these are levied once a package reaches your country (as of 1st January 2021, this also applies to EU countries). Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are the customers responsibility, we have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot accurately predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.
