We want you to love the service we provide. If there's any issues with your order, please contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve it. Click here to contact us
You may return or exchange items in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Patterns and PDF downloads are non returnable and non exchangeable.
Refunds apply to the cost of the goods only. Original postage costs are non refundable.
Exchanges are limited to one per order. We can only exchange items for products of the same value or less. If you require an item of a higher value, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
All returned items must be sent back in appropriate packaging with a completed returns form or the details included in the parcel.

Don't forget to get a proof of postage receipt from your chosen courier just in case your parcel goes astray. As soon as our warehouse team has received your return/exchange, we will process this as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfil an exchange request a refund will be processed instead.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are processed by our warehouse. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock are usually dispatched the same day they're ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a short period of time. If goods have been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense and a refund will be provided. Please note if purchasing a downloadable product this will not be refundable.
