If you have a preferred dye lot but are happy to accept an alternative if it's unavailable, please let us know by using the order notes box on the cart page. However, if you require a specific dye lot and would only like to proceed with the order if it’s available, we’re happy to check for you. In this case, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

We aim to dispatch your order the same or next working day. Our standard UK shipping typically takes 2-3 working days. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order is shipped. If you have chosen the Tracked Express option, this aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Yes, all orders are sent via a tracked service unless you're ordering letter items like patterns, needles, or hooks. These items are not sent via a tracked service.
