We’re pleased to let you know that shipping to the USA has now resumed with our new solution in place for customers. Please be aware there may be slight delays in transit as US customs adjust to the new processing system. 
Following the removal of the $800 de minimis exemption, duties and taxes are now payable on all items shipped to the United States. To make this process easier, we’ve introduced a calculator at checkout. This will automatically calculate and apply the correct charges at the time of purchase. By paying these upfront, you’ll have complete clarity over the total cost of your order, with no unexpected fees when your parcel arrives.
While this does mean orders to the USA will be more expensive than before, these tariffs are set by the US government and are unfortunately outside of our control. Our aim is to provide full transparency so you can make informed decisions, shop with confidence, and enjoy a smooth delivery experience without surprise charges on arrival.
Important Update for Our USA Customers
The United States government has announced that the $800 de minimis exemption will be removed for parcels entering the USA from all countries.
What does this mean?
From 29th August 2025, every package shipped to the USA will be subject to taxes, duties, or tariffs, regardless of its value. Until now, orders under $800 could enter the country without these additional charges.
How does this affect your orders?
To avoid any disruption, we will be pausing USA shipping from 21st August 2025. This pause ensures that all current orders have time to be delivered before the new rules come into effect.
What’s next?
We are working towards and investigating the possibility of offering a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) postal option. This would mean:
- All duties and charges are included in your order total.
- No unexpected fees when your parcel arrives.
- Clearer visibility of the full cost at checkout.
Please note that prices will be slightly higher with this service, as duties will be prepaid on your behalf.
We are still reviewing the details and exploring whether this service can be introduced, as some information remains limited. We’ll continue to work on a solution and will share updates as soon as we can confirm the next steps.
