The wool is very nice, but I’m very disappointed with the colour, it is very much darker than it shows in the description, I would like to return it and exchange for a different colour, is this possible as I haven’t got the delivery bag ?

Delivery prompt enough. A little disappointed with the colour of the 5 balls I ordered but realise it is difficult to get true colour online. It would help if one photo would show a knits knitted square for a better idea.
