This is a cotton mix. I used it to make a blanket. It requires a 2-4mm hook, but I used a 5mm. It's not soft enough for a blanket but would be good for bags & other homewares

It's a solid yarn to crochet with and it' feels hard when you run your hand over it. I'm going to soak in softener before I give it as a gift.

I have used this to make a crochet market bag it's lovely to use and the bag turned out really well. I would certainly repurchase
