Feeling the festive vibes and the Christmas countdown kicking off, we want to make sure our crafty customers know about our holiday closing and last posting dates.
Closing Dates
Please note no orders will be processed or shipped and our offices will be closed over the festive period on the following dates:
Christmas: 24th, 25th, 26th & *27th
New Year: 30th December & 1st January
Please note that on dates marked with an *, the office will be closed, but the warehouse will still be processing orders.
Normal services will resume on the 2nd January.
Please note with these closures and the Christmas rush there is a likely to be a backlog in the warehouse and our courier's networks on our return, this may cause some delays with your items being processed and getting to you.
Last Posting Dates
Please find below our recommended last posting dates for Christmas delivery however, please note these are only recommendations and in case of any postal delays during the peak period please order asap to avoid disappointment.
All orders will need to be placed and paid for before 1pm on the date of the last posting date.
