Love the service you guys provide, rapid delivery, love the colour and feel of this wool, however I’m dissatisfied with the quality, the wool seems much thinner than expected and varies between thin and extremely thin, I’m fearful that it’s going to break whilst I’m Knitting! I have been
Knitting for over 60 years now and never have I used such inferior quality wool. I expected so much better due to the premium price, I will not buy this brand of wool again, thanks

I rang the Little Wool Shop before buying my wool as I wasn’t sure how much to order. Although I didn’t get through there was a very polite message saying they would ring back as soon as possible. In the meantime I made my own decision and ordered online. The wool arrived almost the next day. Very happy to deal with what sounded to be a very good and efficient shop🐑🐏.
